How is the balance calculated?
The new balance shown is calculated as of the last day of the month. Payments
received, offsets, and other adjustments made after that day will be included on your
next statement.
When should I make my payment?
Payments should be made by the 15th of the current month to properly credit your
account and avoid delinquency.
Who do I call when I have questions regarding the billing statement?

free at 1-800-236-1475 outside the Phoenix metropolitan area but within the State of
Arizona.
Why did I receive a statement when I have an appeal pending?
We have a responsibility to advise you of your balance even though you are waiting for
the disposition of your appeal. You do not have to make payments until the decision is
rendered.
Why did I receive a statement when you received my Debt Set Off
(Arizona state income taxes)?
Even though you have received notification from the Arizona Department of Revenue
that your state tax refund has been intercepted, it takes 6 to 8 weeks before the Office
of Accounts Receivable and Collections receives the monies and applies it to your
account.
